- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, freshly chopped

- Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, peel the shallots and also cut into small cubes. Put everything in a dip bowl, pour in the juice of the lime, cut the chilli pepper into small rings and add to the tomatoes and shallots with the coriander, mix everything, season with salt and let it steep for a moment.
- Nachos go well with this. Watch out, spicy!
