Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork
  • 1 kg pepper (s), mixed
  • 1 kg peas and carrots from the freezer
  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 2 bottles ketchup
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • possibly cayenne pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat, peppers and onions into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Add the onions and let both brown.
  2. Bring the peas, carrots and peppers to a boil in a large saucepan with water. After about 10 minutes, pour off the water, add the meat, onions and the ketchup. Season to taste with the spices.
  3. Simmer everything nice and firm to the bite. Add the cayenne pepper if you like.
  4. Cool the salad and let it steep for a day.
