Ingredients

  • 150 g almond (s), round
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • Sweets (Smarties and / or M & Ms)
  • 200 g couverture, whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat, remove and let cool.
  3. Mix the butter with sugar and salt until foamy, add the egg white and nuts, stir in the flour and starch.
  4. Now take about a teaspoon of dough, press in a Smartie or M&M and shape into a ball. Process the remaining dough in the same way and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the trays in the oven one after the other for about 13 minutes.
  5. Melt the couverture and half dip the cooled cookies. Place on a wire rack and decorate with 2 Smarties or M & Ms as mice, i.e. nose and eyes. The mouse cookies are ready.
