- 500 g apples
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon water

- Peel, core and quarter apples, cook with sugar and cinnamon (to taste) and 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe container for about 5-6 minutes at 600 watts with a lid. Let cool a little and then puree finely.
- Tastes great, is ready very quickly and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three or four days.
