Ingredients

  • 30 g oat flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 ml currant juice
  • 5 g bakin powder
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener

For the topping:

  • 50 g low-fat quark
  • Currant juice
  • sweetener
  • Streusel (coconut crumble)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Heat the dough either on a plate or in a microwave-safe dish for about 3 minutes at 500 watts in the microwave.
  2. Mix the quark with the juice for the topping. Add enough juice to get the consistency you want. Add the sweetener to taste and pour over the finished cake. Spread the coconut crumble over the top and serve.
