  • 1 glass oatmeal
  • 1 glass milk or grain drink (e.g. soy or oats)
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 handful berries, mixed (frozen)
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. This recipe makes a large serving of porridge. The information glass refers to a small 150 ml glass.
  2. First measure the oat flakes with the glass and place in a deep soup plate. Then measure milk and water with the same glass and add.
  3. I usually add a handful of frozen berry mix to it. Fresh berries are of course even better - and of course other fruits taste good too. Depending on the fruit and its ripeness, a little sugar can be sprinkled over it.
  4. After everything is mixed together, I put the plate in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts. Then I take it out, mash the fruit a little, let it steep for about 5 minutes and then put it in the microwave again for 1.5 - 2 minutes at 800 watts.
