Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 25 g fat
  • 125 g Cabanossi
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 g bell pepper (s), reen
  • 1 can beans, red, (475 grams)
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 2 cubes broth
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince vigorously in the fat. Cut the kabanossi into slices, roughly chop the onion, halve the garlic cloves. Give everything to the mince and fry well. Add the tomato paste and the paprika cut into thin strips. Drain the beans and make up to half a liter with water. Deglaze the minced meat with it. Add the red wine and the stock cubes, bring everything to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Add the beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, sugar, chili powder and paprika powder.
