  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 450 g flour, 550
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 25 g butter, soft or diced
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast or
  • 20 g yeast, fresh

Instructions

  1. Put milk and water in the bread pan. Spread the flour on top. Then put the other ingredients in the corners. Put the yeast in the middle. If you take fresh yeast, then crumble into it.
  2. Program: normal, medium browning.
  3. When the bread is ready, take it out of the mold and let it cool down on the wire shelf.
