Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g corn, round
  • 200 g cheese, Limburer 40%
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Add the corn + sugar and the diced Limburger to the cold milk and bring to the boil while stirring. until the cheese has dissolved, turn off the heat shortly before cooking. Put the lid on it and let it swell for about 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with the 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. For a good eater it is enough, even for two, then just divide the butter.
