  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 30 g

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce with the sour cream.
  2. Cut the lemon and tomato into semicircles.
  3. Place the fish on foil. Coat both sides with cooked sauce.
