Milk Fruit Smoothie

Delicious and incredibly nutritious fruit and milk drink with almonds and avocado.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 150-200 ml
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Dates – 4 pcs.
  • Mandarins – 2 pcs.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Almonds – 3 pcs.

Directions

  1. Put nuts in a blender bowl. Add banana chunks. Peel and add tangerines to a blender (you can whole). Peel the dates and add to a blender.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice to fruit. Peel and chop the avocado. Add to the rest of the products.
  3. Pour in milk. Mix until smooth and the milky fruit smoothie is ready.
  4. You can serve a milky fruit smoothie.
