Milk Jelly with Strawberries and Ice Cream

I usually used this recipe to make a milkshake at home. But suddenly, at one fine moment, an idea came to me: why not make jelly out of this cocktail? After that, I decided to bring my thought to life. And you know Hurray! Jelly worked! It is very similar to a milkshake, just as tender and light. And the milk jelly froze with an airy foam, just like a cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Ice cream – 150 grams
  • Strawberries – 200 grams
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Gelatin – 30 grams
  • Dark chocolate – for decoration

How to make milk jelly with strawberries and ice cream:

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a blender bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Wash the strawberries, remove the tails, and add to the milk.
  2. Add ice cream.
  3. Place the blender bowl on the power supply and whisk the whole mixture until foam forms.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin with warm water and mix until smooth. Then pour it into milk jelly and whisk everything again.
  5. Pour the milk jelly into the molds and send it to the refrigerator to set.
  6. Decorate the frozen milk jelly with grated chocolate and strawberry wedges.
