Ingredients

  • 600 ml milk
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 orange (s), grated the peel

Instructions

  1. Bring 500 ml milk with 100 g sugar to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with 100 ml milk and add to the hot milk together with the orange peel and vanilla sugar. Stir occasionally.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add to the milk mixture. Let cool and fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Pour into dessert glasses and chill.
