Milk Shake

A simple milkshake recipe can be made special by adding fruit, chocolate, cream, etc.

Ingredients
- Creamy ice cream – 250 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Chocolate – 20 g (optional)
Directions
- Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator and let it melt a little. Put melted ice cream in a deep bowl and knead well with a spoon.
- Add chilled milk to mashed ice cream. Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer at maximum speed for 3 minutes.
- The milk cocktail is ready. When serving, the cocktail can be garnished with fruit and paper umbrellas. You can decorate the milkshake with whipped cream and any kind of fruit on top, and you can customize the shake by adding various syrups, chocolate chips, etc.
