Ingredients
- 250 g morello cherries or fresh sweet cherries
- 50 ml orange juice
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, nesquik or similar
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 1/ sachet vanilla sugar
- 300 ml milk
- some chocolate flakes, for garnish

- Wash, stem and stone the cherries. Puree together with the orange juice in a blender. Mix cocoa powder with sugar and half of the milk and heat until the cocoa is dissolved.
- So that it does not take so long until the milk has cooled down again, 1-2 scoops of chocolate milk ice cream can be added to the mixer.
- Let cool, puree again with the cherry puree and the rest of the milk. Fill into glasses and garnish with the chocolate.
