Unusual milk “soup” with bananas and orange peel. Such an interesting soup with a delicate silky texture, wonderful milk-fruit taste and aroma – a great breakfast or an original dessert!

Ingredients
Milk – 500 ml
Bananas (unpeeled) – 500 g
Orange (for zest) – 1 pc.
or orange zest – 2 teaspoon
Wheat flour – 40 g
Sugar – 40 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
We prepare products according to the list.
Peel the bananas and cut the flesh into pieces.
Using a fine grater, remove about 2 teaspoons of zest from the orange.
Put the chopped bananas in a blender bowl and pour in about 300 ml of milk.
Beat at high speed.
Pour in sugar.
Add salt. Beat again on high speed blender.
Pour the milk-banana mixture into a saucepan (preferably with thick walls). Add half (1 teaspoon) orange zest to the mixture.
We put on heat and, stirring, bring the mixture to a boil.
Dilute flour in the remaining cold milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps left.
Stir constantly, pour the milk-flour mixture into the banana.
Without stopping stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
Milk soup with bananas and orange zest is ready. Put the soup on bowls and sprinkle with the remaining zest, decorate with orange slices if desired and serve.
