We wash the rice well, changing the water several times.
We send the washed rice into a saucepan and pour 450 ml of cold water.
We put on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat to low and cook rice for about 10 minutes, until half cooked. The small amount of water that remains in the pan does not need to be drained.
Bring the milk to a boil in a separate saucepan. Pour boiling milk into a saucepan with rice and stir. Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until rice is completely cooked and soft.
Add sugar and salt to the soup about 1 minute before the end of cooking. We mix.
Remove the cooked milk soup with rice from the heat and add the butter.
Stir lightly to disperse the oil.
Pour sweet milk soup with rice into plates and serve.
