Very tasty and easy-to-prepare milkshake with carrots, perfect for breakfast or a snack. The addition of an egg to such an original drink makes it especially tender. Worth trying!
Cook: 10 min.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Milk – 300 ml
Carrots (for juice) – 230 g
or carrot juice – 100 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
First, squeeze the juice from the carrots. If you have a juicer, you can use it. Or, peel the carrots, wash and grate on a fine grater.
Optionally, to maximize the amount of squeezed juice, the chopped carrots can be placed in the blender bowl and pounded at the highest speed for about 1-1.5 minutes.
Then rub through a sieve shredded carrots or just squeeze the juice through several layers of cheesecloth.
I got about 100 ml of carrot juice.
Beat the egg into the blender bowl.
Add carrot juice.
Pour in milk.
Add sugar.
Beat at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the finished drink into glasses and serve.
Bon Appetit!
