Milkshake with Carrot Juice and Egg

Very tasty and easy-to-prepare milkshake with carrots, perfect for breakfast or a snack. The addition of an egg to such an original drink makes it especially tender. Worth trying!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Carrots (for juice) – 230 g
  • or carrot juice – 100 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. First, squeeze the juice from the carrots. If you have a juicer, you can use it. Or, peel the carrots, wash and grate on a fine grater.
  2. Optionally, to maximize the amount of squeezed juice, the chopped carrots can be placed in the blender bowl and pounded at the highest speed for about 1-1.5 minutes.
  3. Then rub through a sieve shredded carrots or just squeeze the juice through several layers of cheesecloth.
  4. I got about 100 ml of carrot juice.
  5. Beat the egg into the blender bowl.
  6. Add carrot juice.
  7. Pour in milk.
  8. Add sugar.
  9. Beat at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
  10. Pour the finished drink into glasses and serve.
