Milkshake with Orange Juice

A refreshing milkshake made from a minimum of ingredients. Such a natural, light, like a cloud, drink with a delicate creamy taste and pleasant orange notes perfectly quench both thirst and hunger.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Orange – 450 g (1 pcs.)
  • or orange juice – 100 ml
  • Egg (only protein) – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

For the filling (optional):

  • Orange – 1/2 pc.

Directions

  1. Break the egg and separate the yolk from the white. We do not need the yolk, it can be used to prepare other dishes.
  2. Roll the orange on the table, pressing down with your palm with light pressure to help it dispense the juice. Juice the orange. To prepare a drink, you need 100 ml of juice.
  3. Break the egg and separate the whites from the yolk. Send the egg white to the blender bowl. Pour sugar there.
  4. Pour in orange juice.
  5. Add milk.
  6. Close the bowl with a lid and beat the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, until it slightly swells and becomes smooth, airy, and frothy.
  7. Milkshake with orange juice is ready. Pour the drink into glasses and serve, decorating the glass with a circle of orange and adding a straw if desired. Bon Appetit!
