- Oatmeal is best when cooked quickly. Honey, if desired, can be replaced with sugar, syrup, sugar substitute, or even no sweetener at all.
- Combine milk, orange juice, and honey in a blender bowl. Beat on high speed for about 1 minute.
- Add oatmeal. Beat on high speed for about 1-2 minutes. Leave the mixture directly in the blender for about 5-7 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
- Beat again on high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
