Milkshake with Orange Juice and Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Orange juice – 120 ml
  • Oatmeal flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine milk, orange juice, and honey in a blender bowl. Beat on high speed for about 1 minute.
  2. Add oatmeal. Beat on high speed for about 1-2 minutes. Leave the mixture directly in the blender for about 5-7 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
  3. Beat again on high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
  4. A simple and nutritious milkshake with orange juice and oatmeal is ready. We pour it into glasses and serve it to the table.
