Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g millet
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bay leaves
  • sage
  • Rosemary, to taste
  • pepper
  • 500 g veetables, any cooked leftovers

For the cast:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • garlic
  • nutmeg
  • possibly herbal salt
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • Flakes butter for gratinating

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add the millet and cook with it. Add the vegetable stock, bay leaf, sage, rosemary and pepper, cook for 5 minutes and let the millet soak.
  2. Mix with the vegetables of your choice. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Whisk all the ingredients for the topping and pour the topping over the millet. Sprinkle with cheese and put flakes of butter on top. Bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for about 20 minutes (if the ingredients are cold, 30 minutes).
