Make sweet millet porridge with aromatic strawberries and mint for breakfast. A very tasty and original dish!

Ingredients
Millet groats – 90 g
Fresh strawberries – 100 g + for serving
Fresh mint – 1 sprig + for serving
Honey – 1 tbsp
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Yogurt (or sour cream) – 1 tbsp
Directions
Rinse the millet groats thoroughly, pour over with boiling water, and send to the pan.
Pour 350 ml of water over the groats.
Add some salt. Cook millet porridge over low heat for 20-25 minutes after boiling.
Peel the strawberries from the “tails”. Rinse strawberries thoroughly and place in a blender bowl. Rinse the mint, separate the leaves, and add to the strawberries.
Whisk the strawberries and mint until smooth.
Add the strawberry mixture to the hot millet porridge.
Stir. Add honey.
Serve the strawberry and mint millet porridge immediately after cooking, topped with yogurt or sour cream, as well as fresh strawberries and mint to taste.
