  • 4 small zucchini
  • 300 g tartare
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, calorie-reduced
  • Noodles (whole wheat noodles)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 100 g cheese (liht cheese), rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the zucchini into slices and steam them, they should still have bite. Season to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of the creme fraiche and simmer briefly.
  3. Now put the zucchini in a baking dish. Spread the pasta over the zucchini.
  4. Now fry the tartare with the onion cut into small cubes and season well, pour over the pasta. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread over the casserole. Possibly add the spice again.
  5. Mix the cheese with the rest of the creme fraiche and the milk. Now spread the mixture over the casserole and bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C - 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
