Ingredients

  • 800 g leek or leek
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed (or round beef)
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek, cut into large pieces and cook for about 15 minutes. Put the vegetables in a sieve and collect the vegetable stock. Puree the leek. Knead the minced meat, leek, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper into a smooth farce, shape into 3 cm dumplings and fry in oil.
  2. Take out the balls. Add some butter to the meat stock, sweat with flour and deglaze with the vegetable stock and briefly bring to the boil with the lemon juice. Season the sauce to taste and pour over the dumplings.
  3. With ribbon noodles and / or green beans.
