Ingredients

  • 800 g broccoli
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Swiss raclette cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Wash broccoli and divide into bite-sized portions. Boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes. Then add broccoli and simmer for another 5 minutes. Steam the onions in a little oil until translucent. Add the minced meat, fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter for the bechamel sauce. Mix in egg yolks and flour with a whisk. Add milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Add 1-2 slices of cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Put the potato slices in an oiled baking dish, season with salt. Spread the minced meat on top and layer the broccoli on top. Pour the bechamel sauce over everything, spread the remaining cheese as the last layer over the broccoli. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Then remove the lid and turn on the grill again for about 5 minutes until the cheese browns slightly.
