Ingredients

  • 800 g spinach, fresher, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 250 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • peanuts, chopped, e.g., a handful
  • 200 g rice, (parboiled rice)
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 75 g sheep cheese
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and minced meat in a little oil, add the garlic and nuts and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the rice, pour over the broth and let it soak for 15 minutes on a low heat. Add the spinach 3-4 minutes before the end of the cooking time. He then collapses. Sprinkle with crumbled sheep cheese and serve.
