Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s) (about 6 pieces)
  • 200 g cheese (oat cheese roll)
  • 10 small olives, green, pickled in oil, pitted
  • 10 small olives, black, pitted
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and cherry tomatoes, cut the garlic into wafer-thin slices. Drain the olives. Cut the goat cheese into slices.
  2. Mix the minced meat, egg, onion, garlic, tomatoes and green olives together, season carefully to taste (when seasoning, remember that the goat cheese has a lot of its own flavor, which becomes particularly intense when baking).
  3. Now fill 3/4 of the minced meat mixture into a baking dish or baking tin. Spread the goat cheese slices on top and cover thinly with the remaining minced meat. Finally, distribute the black olives on top.
  4. The whole thing is then cooked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 45 minutes. A delicious, fresh cucumber salad goes well with it.
  5. Tip: In some ovens, the temperature should be increased to 200 ° C during the last 10 minutes in order to achieve a nice browning. But everyone knows their stove best.
