Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the minced meat and fry in the pan.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Mix the eggs with the whipped cream and season (I always use Knorr Aromat Universal). Drain the water from the mixed vegetables.
  4. Put the minced meat, pasta and mixed vegetables in the baking dish and mix. Then pour the cream with the egg evenly over the ingredients. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Cook in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C) on the middle rack for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
