Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 0.5 ½ head white cabbage, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the diced onion. Add the cleaned and cut cabbage and fry it hot. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into cubes and also add. Add the processed cheese and simmer very gently.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, slice them into fine slices and use them to line a greased casserole dish (bottom and side walls). Sprinkle the potato slices lightly and evenly with salt.
