Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 kg cheese, (grated or whole)
  • 3 liters milk
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 1 liter water
  • 4 cubes broth
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and fry them well, add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, fry well. Deglaze with water.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cheese into cubes or use grated cheese straight away.
  3. When the mixture boils again, add the cheese in portions, as well as the milk.
  4. Stir constantly (important, otherwise the cheese will bake on the bottom!) Until the cheese has dissolved and the soup is creamy.
  5. Season with stock cubes and / or chilli and serve.
  6. We always make this soup on our medieval camp and the enthusiasm is great every time. It can be made just as well at home in a pot as in a kettle on a campfire.
