Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 leeks
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 lasagne plate (s)
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 150 g cheese, rated, sort to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut onions and garlic and sauté in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry.
  2. Cut the leek and carrots into bite-sized pieces, add to the pan and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and fill up with water until the desired consistency is achieved. Season everything and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place ladle by ladle in a baking dish and alternately fill the dish with lasagne sheets until it is almost full. Sprinkle everything with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at about 180-200 degrees, until the cheese is golden brown.
