Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 small Can / s mushrooms

  • 1 thick carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon bacon, diced
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoon processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Briefly boil the pasta in salted water. Then the casserole doesn`t take that long in the oven and the pasta absorbs the sauce better.
  2. Fry the minced meat with the garlic and season with salt and pepper, set aside. Also fry the diced bacon, mushrooms, onions and carrots together in a saucepan until everything has a nice consistency.
  3. Then add the minced meat, the vegetable stock, the processed and cream cheese and let everything boil down until a slightly creamy mixture is formed. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper. If it has become too firm, add a little more vegetable stock or water.
  4. Put the pasta with the minced meat and vegetable mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 160 ° C.
