Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, (round meat or mixed mince, lamb or beef)
  • 4 sheet / s puff pastry
  • 4 medium spring onion (s)
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s) (yellow, red)
  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 8 medium tomato (s) (dried, soaked in oil)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a coated pan until crumbly and season with salt (if pork meat is used, do not add salt as it is already seasoned).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and line a coated baking dish with them.
  3. Finely dice the spring onions, peppers, fresh tomatoes and dried tomatoes. Finely chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat with these ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley.
  4. Spread this mixture on the puff pastry.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan oven.
  6. Whisk the goat cream cheese, eggs, sour cream and yoghurt with the mixer. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread over the minced vegetables. Bake the casserole for about 30-45 minutes until browned.
  7. Also suitable for preparation, then heat in the oven at 200 ° C for about 5-10 minutes.
