Ingredients

  • 1 kg Thuringian Mett
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 glass paprika sauce (puszta sauce)
  • 0.5 ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • Cheese, grated for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms, peppers and onions into small pieces. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet with a high rim. Spread the minced meat on top and press firmly. Spread the chopped peeled tomatoes on top without juice. Then top the pizza with mushrooms, peppers and onions.
  2. For the sauce, mix well the paprika sauce, ketchup, crème fraîche and cream. Put on the pizza and smooth out.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
