Ingredients

  • 2 kohlrabi, (approx. 300 g)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 330 ml vegetable stock
  • 80 ml cream
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the kohlrabi, then cut into thin slices. Peel onion and chop finely.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, then fry the finely diced onions and minced meat. Add the kohlrabi and sauté. Deglaze with vegetable stock and cook for about 15 minutes. Finally add the cream and season with sea salt and pepper.
