Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, green and red
  • 1 glass mushrooms
  • 1 sachet rice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Tomato paste
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into strips, drain the mushrooms.
  2. Sear the minced meat in oil, add the onion and garlic immediately. Season with salt, pepper, Chinese spices and paprika powder. Add tomato paste and mustard. Add the pepper pieces and mushrooms and fry lightly.
  3. Take the rice out of the bag and add it (loosely) to the pot. Pour the whole thing up with the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Possibly add a little more broth if the rice has absorbed too much. Stir in ketchup and oregano to taste and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
