Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g red pepper (s)
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 250 g cheese, medieval Gouda
  • Fondor
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry half of the onions with the minced meat in a pan and season with fondor and pepper. Boil the potatoes. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Make a cream of sour cream, cream and yoghurt, fondor, paprika, cayenne pepper and 1/4 of the chopped onions.
  2. Cut the potatoes on an egg cutter. Layer a layer of potatoes (half) in the baking dish. Then pour some of the cream over it. Layer the minced meat on top. Then pour the bell pepper over it. Put some of the cream on top again. Then layer the remaining potatoes on top and again apply the remaining cream.
  3. Finally pour the grated Gouda over it.
  4. Baked in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the Gouda is golden brown.
