Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them to a pulp with the mash. We recommend adding 300 ml of cream or butter to make the puree smoother.
  2. Fry the minced meat, garlic and onions, season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and stew.
  3. Put the minced meat in a baking dish, spread the spinach over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Layer the mashed potatoes over the spinach and cover with an additional layer of cheese
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
