Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 roll
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 4 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Curry powder
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, rolls and egg together. Remove some minced meat and press until smooth. Place a slice of ham and cheese on top and shape into a roll (ideally place on greaseproof paper and roll).
  2. Grease the baking dish and place the roulades next to each other. Mix the sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, curry and ketchup together and pour over the roulades. Put in the oven without the lid. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
