Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 2 bell pepper (s), (red and green)
  • 1 small cucumber (s), or /2 large
  • 500 g yourt, (tzatziki, bouht ready-made or homemade)
  • 1 baguette (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat and fry it well, let it cool and pour it into a bowl, spread the corn over it, chop the 2 peppers and top it, then cut the cucumber into small pieces and slice it on top. Finally, the tzatziki about it. Do not stir and let everything sit well. Decorate with cucumber slices if necessary.
  2. Serve with baguette. A fresh salad, made quickly.
