Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, sort as you like
  • 500 g minced meat, sort as desired
  • 2 cans tomato (s), cut into pieces
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • basil
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. We cook the pasta in properly salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. For the sauce, we peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. The same thing happens with the garlic. Then we fry the minced meat in a little olive oil until it is nice and crumbly. Then we add the onions and garlic and fry them. Shortly afterwards, when the onions are translucent, we add the tomato paste and roast it for a short moment. Then add the tomatoes, bring to the boil briefly, and then we season the result as desired with salt, a little pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme and basil. Simmer a little, done.
  3. Mix the pasta and sauce. If you like, you can now sprinkle grated cheese over the pasta.
  4. You can already see it in the ingredients: It is not a real Bolognese (boil down for 60 minutes or longer), but it is a quick and easy, tasty pasta sauce with minced meat.
