  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 can sauerkraut, (= 850 ml)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 150 g cheese, rated (e.. mountain cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze it out well.
  3. Fry the minced meat in heated oil on all sides. Add paprika, onions and potato noodles, sauté and place in a baking dish with sauerkraut.
