  • 1 can sauerkraut, (= 850 ml)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 150 g cheese, rated (e.. mountain cheese)

Instructions
