Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed or beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chunky
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cans peach (s)
  • 6 tablespoon curry
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry paste, green or yellow
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and fry them in oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Finely chop the garlic and add it too. Now pour in the tomatoes, coconut milk and cream.
  2. Wash the peppers, cut into small cubes and add to the soup. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Let the whole thing boil for about 10-15 minutes. The pepper pieces should still have bite.
  3. Then cut the peaches into small pieces and add them to the soup with the juice. If you want it even spicier, you can add curry paste. You can prepare the soup a little thicker and then serve it with rice or noodles as a main course.
