Minced Meat with Vegetables

Such a classic minced meat recipe with vegetables will be an excellent “lifesaver” for housewives who are too lazy to come up with original minced meat dishes! Everything is simple here, and goes well with any side dish!

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Pepper – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Tomato paste – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, stirring constantly, to fall apart into small pieces.
  2. When the minced meat is browned, add chopped onions and carrots, fry for another 10 minutes.
  3. When the onions and carrots are ready, reduce the heat, add chopped peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Reduce heat, add tomato paste, mix.
  4. Simmer until the sauce thickens, add spices, stir again, and remove from heat. Done!
