Minced Meat with Vegetables Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Pepper – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Tomato paste – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Spices – To taste

Minced Meat with Vegetables Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, stirring constantly, to fall apart into small pieces.
  2. When the minced meat is browned, add chopped onions and carrots, fry for another 10 minutes.
  3. When the onions and carrots are ready, reduce the heat, add chopped peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Reduce heat, add tomato paste, mix.

  4. Simmer until the sauce thickens, add spices, stir again, and remove from heat. Done!
