Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with a pinch of salt, 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of oil to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature (the dough is funny, it gets a little rubbery, so don`t be surprised - it tastes really great afterwards).
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Peel the garlic and chop in to fine slithers. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix both with the meat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the remaining eggs.
  4. Knead the dough and roll it out on a floured work surface. Line an oiled springform pan with it (also on the edge).
  5. Mix the minced meat mixture evenly with the yoghurt cream and pour into the lined springform pan.
  6. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes (depending on the oven, you might want to check a little earlier to see if the cake is ready, it will dry quickly if it is in there too long).
