Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 2 zucchini
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 200 ml cream
  • Broth, grainy, clear
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil, season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and curry. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Add the cubes to the minced meat in the pan and fry them as well. Then add the cream and season to taste with the clear broth, salt, pepper and curry.
  3. Put the pasta in a baking dish, pour the sauce and cheese over it and bake at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
