Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 small zucchini, alternatively cucumber
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish, chopped from the glass
  • some oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Salt pepper
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan for frying. Halve the zucchini and then cut into pieces. Cut the onion in half rings and the garlic. Put the minced meat, garlic and onions together in the pan and stir briefly. Then immediately add the zucchini and fry everything.
  2. Add the horseradish and cream. Season with the paprika powder, salt and pepper and mix everything well. Simmer briefly on a low heat until the zucchini is cooked through but still firm.
  3. I prefer to make pasta with it, which I then mix in. But it also goes very well with rice.
