Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 0.5 ½ pointed cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion, bell pepper and half the pointed cabbage into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the onions together with the peppers until golden. Add the mince and fry until it is almost done. Now add the pointed cabbage and fry until it has also got some color.
  3. Dissolve the tomato paste in a cup with a little water and add to the pan. Heat briefly and then remove the pan from the stove. Season with the spices and enjoy.
  4. (My son wanted some more canned corn on his plate, so you can see corn in the photo)
